Crock-Pot Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 (No. 1) can tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 c. beef base
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot except flour and butter. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
    One hour before serving turn on high.
    Make a paste of butter and flour.
    Pour into soup and stir until thick.
