Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. large fresh mushrooms
1 c. crabmeat (fresh or canned)
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
Parmesan cheese (optional)
paprika (optional)
Preparation

Wash and stem mushrooms and set on paper towels to drain.
Mix remaining ingredients well (except cheese or paprika) in small mixing bowl.
Use to stuff mushroom caps.
Place in buttered glass baking dish and sprinkle with either Parmesan cheese or paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. May microwave on High for 5 minutes, turning after 2 1/2 minutes cooking time.
Serve immediately.
Serves 10 to 12.
