Sliced Hen With Ginger (Tyukvetrece)(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole chicken breasts, boned
    ground ginger and marjoram (herb) to taste
    1/2 lb. onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. dry white wine
    tarragon vinegar to taste
Preparation
    Rub the chicken breasts with marjoram and ginger.
    Then slice them thinly.
    Heat oil in a frying pan and saute the onions until glossy.
    Add the carrots and brown them slightly.
    Add the sliced chicken and saute until the pan juices are reduced by half.
