Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oil in an electric skillet.
Mix all ingredients, then pour batter in
a small funnel a little at a time.
If the batter is too thick, add more milk.
When pouring batter in the oil, make a circle with the batter and crisscross it back and forth.
When the cake is brown on one side, turn and fry the second side until brown.
Remove the cake and place it on a paper towel.
Sprinkle with powdered or brown sugar and cinnamon.
