Cinderella Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

dash of pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. ham, crab, or bacon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In bowl toss cheese with flour.
Add half and half and remaining ingredients.
Pour into shell bake 55-60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let stand 15-20 minutes after you remove from oven to make cutting easier.
