Mozzarella Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    flour (for coating)
    1 c. buttermilk
    bread crumbs (for coating)
    oil (for frying)
    fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Preparation
    Coat cheese in flour, then dip into buttermilk and then into bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden. Drain on paper towels. Garnish with basil. Serve hot.
