Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa, heaped slightly
6 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 c. water
pinch of cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. sugar
vanilla flavoring to taste
Preparation

Mix sugar,
cocoa and flour well.
Separate eggs and add yolks to
mixture.
Slowly
add the water and mix until smooth. Cook in top
of
double
boiler until thick.
Pour into baking dish.
