Royal Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large chicken breasts, halved and skinned
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. mushrooms, quartered
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. cream
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Coat chicken with flour.
Brown chicken in butter and set aside.
