Ingredients

3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Dutch cocoa
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. 2% milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine cocoa, sugar and cornstarch in a 1-quart glass bowl and stir well.
Gradually add milk.
Stir well.
Microwave milk mixture on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir well.
Microwave on Medium-high for 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
Add vanilla extract and stir well.
You may double mixture. Do not forget the whipped cream! Enjoy!
