Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut
    1 c. minced celery
    1 medium minced onion
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/3 c. rice vinegar
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and rinse kraut.
    Wash again.
    Add celery and onion.
    Mix oil, vinegar and sugar together and pour over vegetable mixture. Let stand overnight.
