Ingredients

5 medium fresh beets or 2 cans shoestring
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

Cook beets; cut julienne.
Cook onion in oleo until tender. Stir in beets, honey, etc.
Heat until beets are hot.
Sprinkle with parsley.
