Copper Pennies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced cooked carrots
1 medium onion
1 small bell pepper
1 can cream of tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Slice onion and pepper in thin round slices.
Mix with carrots. Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over carrots.
Cover and marinate overnight.
