French Meat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
pastry (double crust)
2 lb. ground meat (hamburg, pork, etc.)
2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten (optional)
Preparation

In skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Saute onion until tender.
Remove and set aside.
Brown meat.
Drain.
Combine all ingredients, except pastry.
