Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 onion, finely chopped
    black pepper to taste
    4 cans cream of mushroom soup
    Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Mix everything but soup and Gravy Master.
    Pack on a cookie sheet; let stand overnight in fridge.
    Cut into squares.
    Coat in flour and fry in a little Crisco until brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Cover with the 4 cans of soup that have been diluted with 4 cans of water and enough Kitchen Bouquet to make brown.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with mashed potatoes covered with the gravy mixture.
