Chicken With Mushrooms And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped scallions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    hot cooked white rice
Preparation
    Cut each chicken breast into 1/2-inch strips.
    Melt butter in large skillet over high heat.
    Add chicken and scallions sprinkled with salt.
    Cook chicken strips until lightly browned.
    Add undiluted mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms with liquid and 1/4 cup water.
    Heat to boiling, stirring until smooth.
    Reduce heat and add sour cream.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
    Yields 4 servings.
