Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cover bottom of large casserole dish with bread cubes.
    Layer sausage on top and sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk and spices together and pour over cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes the next morning.
    Serves 6.
