Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    2 lb. small, new, red potatoes, washed and quartered
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
Preparation
    Place potatoes and onions in a large size bag and add oil. Toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again until coated. Bake on an ungreased baking pan for 35 minutes at 450\u00b0 or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
