Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
grated rind
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
1/4 c. lime juice
9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt.
Stir in water. Cook until thick.
Gradually stir mixture into beaten egg yolks. Return to low heat and cook 2 minutes.
Stir in butter, lime juice and rind and cook slightly.
Pour into prepared pastry shell.
