Nut Kifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sweet butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Take flour, butter and salt and mix well together.
    Then add egg yolks and sour cream.
    Form into small ball and refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out thin and fill with
    nuts or prune jelly. Fold in half and seal edges with fork teeth.
    Brush egg white on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
