Meatballs And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. browned hamburger
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
salt and pepper
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients well and shape into meatballs. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the meatballs.
Mix the next 3 ingredients well in a large frying pan for gravy.
Cover.
Heat until bubbly and add meatballs, stirring occasionally so the gravy doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
These freeze well and can be added to spaghetti sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
