Beer Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, separated
4 oz. beer
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Mix flour and salt in bowl.
Beat egg yolks lightly with beer; add flour and salt.
Stir in melted butter and let set for 1 hour. Add egg whites gently into batter.
Coat fish and deep fry until golden brown.
