International Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 thick (1-inch) slice French bread
    mustard
    2 slices bologna
    spinach, cooked, chopped and drained
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Spread\tthe
    bread with mustard.
    Put bologna on bread; top with
    spinach.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Place sandwich on paper or china plate.
    Microwave 2 minutes, giving sandwich 1/2 turn after 1 minute.
    Makes 1 sandwich.
