Zucchini Pizza Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small zucchini
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (15 oz.) can Italian tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 to 6 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch slices.
    Dip in beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
    Brown lightly on both sides in hot oil. Overlap slices in a lightly buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and Parmesan cheese.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Pour tomato sauce over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
