Taco Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    taco salsa
    Cheddar cheese
    4 medium potatoes
    butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done (a fork will easily be pushed into the center or about 1 hour at 400\u00b0 or microwave 4 to 5 minutes).
    Split potato open and ruffle with fork.
    Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with ground beef, salsa and cheese; melt cheese in oven or microwave for an easy quick meal.
    May use variation with Manwich or jalapeno Cheddar dip.
    Serve with corn chips.
