Pasties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium potato, diced
    1 medium onion, diced fine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. Already pie crusts or pastry for 2 crust (10-inch) pie
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck, potato and onion together in bowl, then shape into 2 loaves.
    Place loaf on pastry, tart style, fold pastry over top of loaf and seal edges.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
