Sweet Potato Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    6 or 8 marshmallows
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Stir in the nutmeg.
    Shape into balls around each marshmallow.
    Roll in melted butter, then in corn flakes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Can be frozen.
    Wrap tightly and store in freezer.
