Grandma Miller'S Cucumbers And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    1 sweet onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover with cold water and refrigerate overnight. Drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again.
    Mix together the vinegar, sugar and sour cream. Pour over vegetables and stir. Add pepper to taste.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
