Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 yellow or white cake mix
1 cube butter
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Put chopped rhubarb in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix sugar and jello together and sprinkle over rhubarb.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over sugar-jello.
Pour 1/2 cup over cake mix.
Shave butter and dot over top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
