Teriyaki Beef Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. top round steak, 1-inch thick
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    strip of chives (optional)
Preparation
    Partially freeze steak, slice diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch strips.
    Place steak in shallow container with soy sauce, vegetable oil, molasses, ginger, mustard and garlic.
    Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Thread steak on 9-inch bamboo skewers.
    Place skewers on lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.
    Broil 4-inches from heat for 6 to 7 minutes, turning once.
