Ginger-Lime Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (4-inch) piece ginger, peeled and grated
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Place it and other ingredients in large bowl.
    Stir and make sure chicken is entirely covered by marinade.
    Let sit at room temperature for 2 hours or in refrigerator for 4.
    Grill over hot coals, about 5 minutes per side.
