Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. sausage, browned
    1 onion, chopped and sauteed
    mushrooms, sliced and sauteed (if desired)
    16 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    6 large eggs
Preparation
    In a large casserole dish, layer cooked rice, then sausage and onions, then mushrooms.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Mix soup and eggs in bowl and pour over layered ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 people (or 6 hungry people!).
