Ingredients

2 c. grated raw potatoes
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

As potatoes are grated, add milk at once to keep them from discoloring.
Add remaining ingredients.
Drop spoonfuls on hot greased skillet and fry to golden brown on both sides.
Reduce heat after they are browned and cook until potatoes are done. Good with pork sausages.
