German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. bacon grease
    1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. white vinegar
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 large red potatoes, sliced and cooked
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 to 6 slices crumbled bacon
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, cook onions in margarine and bacon fat 3 or 4 minutes.
    Stir in next 4 ingredients.
    Add potatoes; continue cooking, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes or until heated through.
    Do not boil.
    Add parsley and bacon. Cook about 1 minute longer.
