Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
1 can oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp. basil
pinch of red pepper flakes
1/4 c. white wine
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 lb. bow tie pasta
Preparation

Brown garlic cloves in olive oil.
Add chicken; brown on both sides, 10 to 12 minutes.
Add broccoli florets, tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, white wine and chicken broth.
(Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.)
Cook pasta according to directions.
Serve chicken and tomatoes over pasta.
