Marvelous Mocha Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine or butter. Pat crumbs firmly in 9 x 13-inch baking pan (on bottom and sides of dish).
Chill.
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand and chocolate syrup.
In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water.
Add to Eagle Brand mixture.
Mix well.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into prepared pan.
Cover.
Freeze until firm.
Garnish with additional chocolate crumbs if desired.
