Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal (part flour if desired)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
3 (or less) jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cream-style corn
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(If using Pyrex baking dish, bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.)
