Greek Lemon Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. uncooked long grain rice
3 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Into large saucepan, dissolve bouillon in water; add rice. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
In small bowl, beat eggs and lemon juice.
Gradually stir about 1/2 cup hot bouillon mixture into eggs; stir into hot soup.
Serve immediately.
