Microwave Potato Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Southern-style hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1/2 c. soup cream
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup of the cheese in 1 3/4-quart shallow microproof casserole; blend well.
    Cook on High 10 to 11 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring once during cooking time.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Cover and let stand 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
