Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell.
Mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until center is set.
Cool.
Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
