Baked Tomato And Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    4 large tomatoes, halved
    2 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute onions and garlic, add spinach.
    Remove from heat in breadcrumbs, egg and salt.
    Put into halves of tomato and put into a baking dish.
    Refrigerate a couple of hours.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
