Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Wash, peel, slice and cook potatoes until soft.
    Turn into an electric mixer bowl and add sour cream, cream cheese and butter or margarine.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
