Broccoli-Cheddar Soup(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper and nutmeg to taste
    a few dashes of paprika
Preparation
    Cut and discard the hardest part of the stalk.
    Separate broccoli into flowerets and stalks. Dice stalks and chop flowerets.
    Put broccoli in boiling water and cook about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
