Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens (2 1/2 lb. each), cut into pieces
2 c. fresh lemon juice
2 c. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 c. corn oil
2 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chicken stock
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 lemons, sliced paper thin
Preparation

Combine chicken pieces and lemon pieces in a bowl just large enough to hold them comfortably.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally.
