Gene'S Meat Loaf Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil or butter
    1/2 c. flour
    12 oz. milk
    12 oz. water
    10 oz. can tomato soup (may use catsup)
Preparation
    Heat oil and flour in large skillet until light brown.
    Add all other items.
    Only takes about 5 minutes.
    If gravy gets too thick, add more water.
    Serve over meat loaf.
