Lo-Cal Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 graham crackers
small lo-cal sugar-free vanilla pudding
2 c. skim milk
1 large banana
6 Tbsp. Cool Whip
1 c. strawberries
1/2 c. pineapple (in own juice, squeeze out excess)
Preparation

Place graham crackers in an 8-inch square pan.
Mix pudding and milk and pur over graham crackers.
Slice banana and layer over pudding.
Spread Cool Whip over the bananas.
Top with strawberries and pineapple.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
