Grampy'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
    1/4 lb. butter
    12 oz. Marshmallow Fluff (not marshmallow cream!)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Stir over low heat until blended.
    Bring to boil over mod heat, being careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling.
    Then boil slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until chocolate is melted.
    Pour into 2 buttered 9 x 9 inch pans and cool.
    Makes 5 lb.
    Store at room temp.
