Sausage And Peppers With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Oldham's hot sausage
    2 c. sliced green pepper strips
    1 c. sliced onion strips
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. uncooked white rice
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook sausage, onion and green pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
    Drain off all grease.
