Tuna Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna, drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small onion, grated or chopped
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 c. cold water
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients together.
    Pour 1 cup cold water over 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin in a medium saucepan.
    Heat until gelatin is dissolved.
