Ingredients

2-3 lbs bottom round, top round or beef roast of choice
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Cut roast into strips and marinate over night.
Dehydrate for 6-9 hours depending on thickness of jerky.
