Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk (more if needed)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, cut in shortening and milk.
    Stir with fork to mix.
    Turn out on floured board and knead a few times. Roll out and cut.
    Place on greased baking sheet or shallow metal baking pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
